Website & Catalog Build Agreement

What you're getting

A photo catalog and a website for your business. The catalog is a browsable menu of your completed work, organized so you can send one link to a customer and show the quality of what you do. The website is built from your logo, your photos, and your business information, hosted and live, with a contact form so customers can reach you. Built custom to your business, personalized on a call before the build starts.

What it costs

$500 total.

• $250 to start. This is your deposit and it's what gets the build going.
• $250 when the work is done and you've approved it.

How it works

• You pay the $250 deposit.
• You send your logo and your photos, and we jump on a call so I can capture the voice and feel you want your site to reflect.
• I build it. Timeline is five to seven days from the day you send me your photos and logo, not from the day you pay. No assets, no clock.
• You review it. Two rounds of revisions are included so we get it right.
• Once you approve it, you pay the remaining $250 and the site goes live.

The deposit

The $250 deposit is non-refundable once I've started building. If you change your mind before I've started, you get it back, no problem. Once the work is underway, the deposit covers the time already put in.

Who owns what

The website and catalog are yours. Your photos, your logo, your business content stay yours. You own your domain name. I'm providing the build and the hosting.

Domain

If you need a domain name, I'll register it for you. You own it. No auto-renewal without your say-so.

What I need from you

Your logo, clear photos of your work, and your business details (phone, email, service area, whatever you want on the site). The build can't start until these come in.

If either of us walks

If you decide not to move forward before the build starts, you get your deposit back and we're square. If you walk after the build is underway, the deposit stays as payment for the work done. If I can't complete the work for any reason and haven't delivered, I refund what you've paid.
